Divorce and citizenship

Could you help please.
My brother is married to my phabi, she is from India ……pur she went to india and is now residing in the UK at her friends house. she wants a divorce, her dad has sent my dad my brother my mum and my little brother letters from the court in india to attend court in February 2009. my phabis dad has stated that he wants money around £20,000. he has also put allegations that my dad had beat her up and they have proof over in india from the GP and hospital that this had happened which is all FALSE. she has a stamp to stay over in the uk. my dad is traveling to india on wednesday 14 January 2009. We need help and advice on what to do, should my dad attend court as he is not very well.
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US!!!!

I spoke to the above family members. The girl who came from India only stayed for one year with her inlaws, and used to come only for her visa purpose. Her inlaws helped her to get proper citizenship in UK. She is not mad, she know the law, if her dad is so intelligent in India, her daughter can’t be mad, who used this family to settle in UK. If she was beaten by her father inlaw, why didn’t she tell the police? Why her dad put case against this poor family only when her daughter recieved her permanent status in UK. He know all those bloody chor ministers. It means whoever is trying to hurt NRI’s, they all have got good support from ministers. Because otherwise they are not even able to deal with their aartiey-Jatts are so thick and can do any thing for their pseudo pride.

I lost case in Punjab, because the opposition had good support from police and politicians. I am going to speak to Mr Ramoowalia, if he can help. Also I am going to arrange a press conference against Punjabi people and politicians in Punjab. Now we will deal with these people in a way that they will also suffer to same extent as we are suffering, also I will make sure that they will suffer life long-to the people whoever tried to torture Punjabi NRI’s.
